End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and RethinkMe LTD ("Developer"), governing the use of the "To Be a Christian: An Anglican Catechism" mobile application ("Catechism App"). By downloading, installing, or using the Catechism App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Catechism App.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Catechism App solely for personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer ownership of any content contained in the Catechism App.
The Catechism App includes content from To Be a Christian: An Anglican Catechism owned by the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA), as well as portions of the English Standard Version (ESV) Bible, which are used under license from Crossway, a publishing ministry of Good News Publishers.
2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Catechism App.
Extract, copy, or distribute more than 500 verses of the ESV Bible or more than 50% of any single book of the Bible.
Modify, translate, or otherwise alter the ESV text, including its footnotes, preface, or section headings.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Catechism App.
Use the Catechism App for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The To Be a Christian: An Anglican Catechism content is owned by the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) and is licensed to Developer for the purpose of this Catechism App.
The ESV® Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version®) is copyrighted by Crossway, a publishing ministry of Good News Publishers. All rights to the ESV text remain with Crossway.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Catechism App for violations of this Agreement.
If the Developer’s license with ACNA is terminated, ACNA may assume control over the Catechism App and this Agreement may be modified accordingly.
Upon termination of the ACNA–Crossway license, all rights to the ESV text and audio will revert to Crossway, and Developer shall remove all instances of ESV content from the app.
6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Catechism App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Developer, ACNA, and Crossway are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Catechism App.
Developer does not guarantee that the Catechism App will always be available, error-free, or secure.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania for matters related to ACNA and Developer, and the State of Illinois for matters related to Crossway and the ESV Bible, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Catechism App after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
